We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you're not, you can return the product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that we will not accept any unconfirmed returns that arrive after the fourteen-day deadline, and they will not be eligible for a refund.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure to enclose the return form with your order, which must be completed and included in the package. Without the return form, we won't be able to process your return.

All returned items must be in perfect condition and with tags still attached, meaning they cannot be used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged. Additionally, we won't accept returned items with sealed packaging that are not in a re-sellable condition with the seal still attached. Please note that we do not pay for any additional customer tax.

If you purchased items during a sale, we're able to refund the sale price of the items.


To return an item, please ensure you follow the steps below. The cost of returning items is the customer's responsibility, especially when shipping from outside the European Union until it is received by us.

Make sure to include the completed return form with your order, as failure to do so will delay processing. Items must be in perfect condition with tags still attached, and we do not cover any additional customer taxes.

Return Form

To return your item, follow these steps:

  1. Place the item(s) and completed return form in the original shipping box or a secure alternative.

  2. Close the box securely.

  3. Within 14 days of the delivery date, take the package to your nearest post office. It is essential to use a track & trace service, and the return label and description must clearly indicate that it is a returned item to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

  4. Once your return has been received and approved at our warehouse, we will process your refund within fourteen (14) days using the same payment method as your original purchase. We will refund the original purchase price for the item, and for sale items we will refund the sale price.

    Please use DHL or UPS to send your return, as we do not recommend USPS or Royal Mail due to higher customs costs. If you choose to use USPS or Royal Mail and your package is lost, we cannot offer any assistance.

    Please confirm with your chosen courier that your package will be delivered directly to our warehouse address, as any additional pickup services will result in extra charges. The customer is responsible for any additional customs costs incurred.
