LAUGÉ offers shipping worldwide, but it's important to note that due to current regulations, we are unable to ship to the Russian Federation and Ukraine.

Upon receiving your order confirmation, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. However, please take into consideration that during collection launches or sales periods, it may take additional time to prepare and deliver your order.

Please expect a delay on all orders and returns due to holiday season.

We offer shipping to various zones with different delivery times and shipping costs based on your location:

    • Delivery time: 1-3 working days using DHL Parcel

  • ZONE 2: Other EU countries

    • Shipping cost: FREE
    • Delivery time: 2-4 working days using DHL Parcel

  • ZONE 3: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, and Canada

    • Shipping cost: €15
    • Delivery time: 2-4 working days using DHL Express on Demand

  • ZONE 4: Rest of the World

    • Shipping cost: €19

CUSTOMS

We ship all our orders from the European Union. However, please note that if you place an order for delivery outside the EU, there may be additional government duties and fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. It is the receiver's responsibility to pay these fees.

Also, due to the Brexit situation, orders over €150 to the UK will be subject to import duties. We regret that we cannot estimate or control the amount of these fees, as customs regulations vary from country to country.

If you are making a purchase from the United States, please keep in mind that orders below $800 will not be subject to additional government duties and fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. However, if your order exceeds $800, we cannot predict or control the fees imposed upon delivery, as customs regulations differ from country to country.

Moreover, kindly note that if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery of the order due to a customs charge, the shipping carrier will treat the package as abandoned and dispose of it. In such cases, we regret to inform you that you will not be eligible for a refund of your order.
